The one you posted has a lot more emotion to it. The horse really gets into it, and she seems like she's out there to perform for the crowd. The 1st place horse isn't nearly so expressive (though more correct and precise).

I was fine until the muzak version of "Lady Marmalade". Then I lost it completely and utterly.

oh yeah, up until that point I was trying to figure out what kind of cues a rider would have to give in order to coax that kind of response from a horse. Then my jaw hit the table and I was babbling about dancing horses. I'm pretty sure Ryan thinks I'm (extra) nuts, now. after that I was thinking "What's next, the YMCA?"

totally and utterly baffled at the time and patience and EVERYTHING that must have been invested into this horse by rider/trainer.

Absolutely amazing - perhaps in another life I'll be able to ride like that (and afford a horse like that!)
